1. The services

Penne Czech provides financial administration and accounting tooling for the company's own internal use. Where enabled, the services may connect to authorised bank accounts through a licensed open banking provider in order to retrieve account and transaction information for bookkeeping, reconciliation and reporting purposes.

2. Open banking and account access

Any access to bank account information is provided exclusively through a regulated Account Information Service Provider (AISP) operating under the applicable PSD2 framework. We access account data only after explicit consent has been granted through your bank's own secure authentication, and strictly within the scope and for the period you authorise. You may withdraw that consent at any time, after which access ceases.

3. Acceptable use

4. Intellectual property

All content, software and materials made available through the services remain the property of Penne Czech or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the services as described in these Terms.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Penne Czech excludes all implied warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the services. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or where required by law.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this address, with the effective date shown above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
